I rated this "2" for several reasons - a) I'm a snob about FrontPage (I hate it unreservedly); b) I don't understand why it needs a scrolly div - why not just let the page scroll naturally?; c) I feel the links need to have a much better contrast, both as unvisted and in hover - I can barely distinguish them from text; d) why is the text itself so small? for a line width of that extent, it needs to be at least 12px, preferably 13px for a comfortable eye scan. I like the grey tones, and I may adopt this design at some point, but I will be correcting its failings (imo, as above) first.
