Really simple & to the point. I wonder if that background colour is as easy on the eye as a lighter colour & I wonder about those who want to print out the page. It's been a consideration of mine from time to time!

Fixed height and width make this design less successful. Esp. the width- I had to scroll over to see the rest of your copyright. Re your request that the note as to designership be left on the page, I wouldn't worry about anybody trying to take credit for this design!

Nice simple design. Out of curiosity, why does the header div contain the content div?
