Designer Notes
This design is not that great, but it my first submission to this site and I wanted to test out the system. The menubar links glow when you mouse-over them (achieved using animated GIFs, not DHTML) and there's an image-rollover effect on the menu links (achieved by CSS, not DHTML). The predominant colours on the page are black, whist and grey.
