Designer Notes
Number 5 from my cha0s series. I started it months ago and decided to finish it. Its different from the others. I used a different style for the news boxes, and the colors are unique in themselves. Its got a very dynamic and almost an incomplete look, but i didn't want to do too much to force people into a style they didn't want.
