Designer Notes
This template will expand to fit any screen resolution. It is compatible with all major browsers (IE, Netscape, Opera). Making a website with one of these templates is very easy and doesn't require any special software for editing.

worked good. I added a footer layer to the CSS and customized the color.
Must be careful with the tables. You can easily offset your link table. Otherwise, was very easy to manipulate.
