Okay - Great work. I really like this template. Here are a few things that stick out:
The Company Name on the top left should be a bit bigger, and a bit more padded into the image. Also, try using cursor:default so it doesn't look like text on rollover.
The breadcrumbs should either be lowercase or a small font. Right now, they look very squished.
The padding on the right side of the menu is barely there - I don't know if thats firefox or not, but the dotted line would look much better spaced out a bit.
Overall, great stuff. Very proffesional! You may also want to bump up the size of your header (around Why a Business Style?) to make it stand out from the rest of the text.
