Designer Notes
This design is a spin-off of my other design "The Blues" The layout is a little different and I used CSS to add colored scrollbars and mouse over hover effects for the links. Works in IE5+, NN6, Opera6 and NN4.7, though 4.7 renders the layout a little different, it works great and is not broken. Hope you enjoy it.
