Designer Notes
This is a good design for the "Pro Web Standards" community. Its passes the W3C HTML 4.01 Transitional and CSS validators. It has been tested with IE 5 and Opera 5, where they both look good. This is probably a good design for a portal site, or a network of sorts. ENJOY!
