Leftblank: His navigation does use an unordered list. The top menu does not, but I see no reason because they are simply external links. I really enjoyed this template. Cheers :)

Nice look, too bad you're not really living up to the expectations of your title; not using an unordered list for the navigation can't really be called 'SEO friendly' as it's less easy to spider - and unsemantic. Hopefully you'll fix this in a later version and else it's still a nice base ;)
